The Annual meeting of the Provincial Grand Conclave of Cheshire and North Wales took place on Wednesday, 15 th June 2011 at Freemasons Hall, Plough Lane, Christleton, Chester at 3. 15 p.m.

R. Wy . Bro. Sam Keery, Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler and his Lady Helen held the third Sunday Luncheon at Cheshire View, Christleton, on Sunday, 16th October 2011.
103 Members and their Wives, Partners and friends attended. A raffle was held during the afternoon in support of the Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler's nominated charity.

Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler's Nominated Charities for 2011-2012
We have received a cheque for £1,000.00 from the Grand Conclave Benevolent Fund Committee being a donation of £500.00 to the Hospice of the Good Shepherd, Chester and £500.00 to the Halton House Hospice, Runcorn.
Donations of £2,000.00 will now be made to the Hospice of the Good Shepherd, Chester and The Halton House Hospice, Runcorn,by adding an additional £1.500.00 to each Hospice from the Provincial Benevolent Fund account.
